Overview
Region 12Region 12 consists of two counties, Morrow and Umatilla, located in the northeast portion of Oregon and bordered on the north by the Columbia River and the state of Washington. A major portion of the region, particularly in the case of Umatilla County, consists of national forest: the Umatilla, Wallowa, and Whitman national forests.
